• To redeem your voucher please contact your preferred hotel by phone or email to make a booking and quote your voucher number.
• Distinction Hotels Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable and must be presented to reception casher on arrival
• The full value of the gift voucher must be used within one visit/transaction. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
• Gift voucher is subject to hotel availability
• All expenses over and above those detailed must be settled on departure
• A guarantee for incidentals will be required upon check-in
