To redeem your voucher please contact your preferred hotel or restaurant by phone or email to make a booking and quote your voucher number.

- Distinction Hotels Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable and must be presented to reception cashier on arrival
- The full value of the gift voucher must be used within one stay/transaction. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
- Gift voucher is subject to hotel availability
- All expenses over and above those detailed must be settled on departure
- A guarantee for incidentals will be required upon check-in
- Gift voucher is valid for 1 year from date of purchase
- *Please note that Restaurant Vouchers are currently not available for redemption at Maude Moreland Restaurant @Distinction Fox Glacier Hotel, GCR Restaurant & Bar @Distinction New Plymouth Hotel, Countrytime Restaurant & Bar @Discovery Countrytime Hotel Omarama or at Distinction Wanaka Alpine Resort.
- High Tea Gift Vouchers can only currently be redeemed at Distinction Rotorua Hotel, Distinction Dunedin Hotel & Distinction Christchurch Hotel.
- Please note that high tea availability may be temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions or minimum number requirements. In which case high tea vouchers can instead be used for accommodation or restaurant purchases at any of our nationwide hotels.
