What should I enter in the 'Your details' fields at checkout?

Please enter the purchaser's (gift giver) first and last names, email address and phone number. This first and last name will be printed onto the FROM section of the voucher(s). The voucher(s) will be sent to this email address accompanied by a tax invoice/receipt.

What should I enter in the 'To details' field at checkout?

Please enter the name of the gift recipient. This will be printed onto the gift voucher.

What should I enter in the 'Voucher message' field at checkout?

Enter a personal message to the gift recipient (up to 150 characters) e.g: Thank you for all that you have done for us this year. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas.

This will be printed onto the gift voucher.

I didn’t receive my gift voucher via email, or I deleted my gift voucher email by accident, what should I do?

The online gift voucher(s) will be sent directly via email to the email address you entered in the 'Your Details' email field at checkout when you placed your order online.

Please check your ‘Junk’ and ‘Trash/Bin’ folders.

If you can’t see it in either of those folders, please contact reservations@distinctionhotels.co.nz, who will be happy to help, and can re-send the online gift voucher if it cannot be found or was deleted by accident.

On rare occasions, a voucher(s) fails to automatically send via email when a customer uses the back button or navigates away from the payment screen whilst it is still processing. We encourage customers to not use the back button, but if this does occur and you see that payment is taken and you do not receive your vouchers automatically please contact marketing@distinctionhotels.co.nz. We will investigate and once payment is confirmed we'll manually process your vouchers and send to your nominated email address.
